“Eden Rock Wellness Centre & Spa” is located in the middle of the jungle on a peak surrounded by the massive granite rocks of La Digue and offers stunning views of the Indian Ocean.

Eden Rock spa signature by night 

Calm your mind, body and spirit with a 15 minutes session whirlpool followed by a foot massage to alleviate stiffness and relax in a pure, zen atmosphere. Then, restore your body and release chronic tensions with one of our 60 minutes body massage, to choose from our collection. To end up the comprehensive spa experience, a light mezze-style romantic dinner with Champagne is served by the side of our lounge area, under the stars.

“LANMOUR HONEYMOON” TREATMENT (180min) 

A treatment for two…

An intimate therapy in the privacy of our hedonistic couple’s room. Enjoy a rejuvenating massage with a passionflower, ginger and lime scrub, followed by a coconut oil wrap infused with the oil of love – the rose. You are then coated with cooling yogurt and vanilla. Then relax in an Ylang Ylang and hibiscus flower bath, while sipping champagne and nibbling on fresh fruit and chocolates.

When we were there in 2012, “Nourished by Nature” products were used. Today, they use products from the famous spa brand “Germaine de Capuccini”.

The 3 double massage rooms are open-plan, so that one is almost outdoors and can listen to the birds’ twittering.

Massages are inspired by worldwide traditions and rituals and should help to regenerate body and soul. We found our Swedish massage very relaxing and immediately booked another one.
