Gaafu Alifu Atoll is one of the largest and deepest atolls in the world and home to spinner dolphins and bottlenose dolphins. A Maldivian sunset cruise on a traditional dhoni boat is a wonderful and romantic experience in itself – but when you encounter dolphins on this cruise, it is unforgettable! Do not miss that! Of course, some luck is needed – because they are wild and free-living animals.

The dolphins are very playful and love to swim along at the bow of the ship. So you have the unique opportunity to observe these animals in the wild.

We went out twice, because the first time we were unfortunately not lucky. But then to really discover the dolphins on the second boat trip and see them swimming alongside the boat was really a very special experience for us. The excitement that these animals evoke is truly unique!

The whole crew puts their heart and soul into it and tries to make this special experience possible for the guests.
